2. Scope

This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal data when you visit traccia.ai, use the Traccia application, or communicate with us. It applies to the Traccia product operated by Algen AI Private Limited.

3. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, authentication provider identifiers (for example Google or GitHub), organization and workspace membership, and role information you provide during signup.
Service data: telemetry and metadata you send to Traccia (traces, spans, costs, policy events, prompts, evaluations, and related configuration). Content depends on your instrumentation and retention settings. See our Trust Center and Security pages for how we handle customer telemetry.
Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, primarily via analytics described below.
Support communications: messages you send to support or founders mailboxes.

Authenticate users and manage organizations and workspaces
Send transactional email (verification, activation, product notices)
Respond to support and sales inquiries
Monitor site performance and understand aggregate usage of traccia.ai

5. Cookies and analytics

The traccia.ai marketing site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example pages viewed and approximate traffic sources). Google may set cookies or similar technologies and process data as described in Google's policies. See Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies may limit our ability to measure site usage but does not prevent use of the core Traccia product.

6. Customer data and GDPR

For customer telemetry processed in Traccia, we typically act as a processor under GDPR on behalf of the customer (controller). Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by emailing support@traccia.ai. Details on residency options, subprocessors, and compliance modules are published in our Trust Center.

Traccia does not currently offer a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Opt-in EU AI Act and HIPAA-oriented modules help teams collect governance evidence; they do not constitute certification or legal advice.

7. Sharing

We share personal data with service providers who help us operate Traccia (for example hosting, email delivery, and Google Analytics), when required by law, or with your direction (for example inviting teammates to your organization). We do not sell personal data.

8. Retention and security

We retain account and service data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Workspace retention for traces follows your plan and configuration. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. See Security.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact support@traccia.ai. If we process data on behalf of your employer or customer organization, we may refer your request to that organization as the controller.

10. International transfers

Algen AI Private Limited is based in India. Data may be processed in India and in other regions where we or our providers operate, including as agreed for enterprise deployments described in your contract and Trust Center materials.

11. Children

Traccia is a business product and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate.
